Dear James,

just received another email from Adriana re your request for interview.

As a twitter and blog based based phenomenon with a growing direct audience and 3700+ active "members" we're not really keen on open slather in the old media. It doesn't seem that it will be a fair and balanced piece given the silly outing of Grogs Gamut.

Don't get me wrong, I thought Gamut wasting taxpayers money on his tweeting was a disgrace, but the gratuitous outing of the sad little mindlocked leftoid seemed pointless except to boost newspaper circulation.

To assist you in your article preparation I am setting out below what we stand for, where we came from, and what we intend to do. You can make whatever use you like of this information.

Here we go:

My name is Gary Walker. Together with Adriana "Maimonides" and "Peter Lalor" we decided to form an Anonymous style organisation intended to be the political Al Qaeda against all forms of collectivism, communist infiltration of the Australian political system, socialism, and in particular the corruption of current politicians.

The three of us met online, then in real life. "Peter" has since retired from online to a large degree although he still has a twitter account as the Eureka Ninja. Adriana is out and about in Melbourne. I am on the New South Wales coast.

The principles of our movement are as follows:

1. RULE OF LAW
The just laws that apply equally to all are the basis of Australia's modern society culture and country. Mercy has to temper Justice.

2. POLITICIANS WORK FOR US
Death to tyranny! There is no place in our country for elites, squatterocracies, imported lords or priesthoods or anyone else who lords it over other people for no reason and by no right of law. Politicians in particular are our servants as are the bureaucrats. They do their work for a fair quid or they are GONE.

3. THE EUREKA OATH
"We swear by the Southern Cross to stand truly by each other and fight to defend our rights and liberties."

4. WE'RE ALL AUSTRALIANS
Anyone of any colour or creed is Australian if they come here legally, stay and form part of our political fabric and respect the law. No one is above anyone else in any way by cause of blood, birth or inheritance. We're all equal in spirit and deserve a fair go.

5. AUSTRALIA HAS THE LONGEST HISTORY ON EARTH
Australian history begins with the original inhabitants not with the European era.

6. TAXES AND GOVERNMENT ARE BEST WHEN SMALL
Taxation should be minimal and never imposed without consent of the governed.
No more rum rebellions and Eureka Stockade injustices!


We do not rule out civil disobedience and peaceful protests to get our points across.

We have no connection to the Australian TEA Party who, other than popping up to promote themselves, seem to have done absolutely nothing. To date, we Eurekans have launched four successful "emailalanches" mass email, call and mail campaigns, against anyone betraying their electorate. We will be escalating our campaigns as our numbers grow. Many of us have also joined the liberal party or the national party. Some of us intend to stand as genuine independents offering to sign detailed contracts with undertakings to truly represent their electorates. Some of our members have now started blogs of their own and the movement has clearly taken off, due entirely to the massive hatred of what has happened to Australia felt by the vast silent majority of Australians. It's not surprising journalists were taken by surprise by all of this. The journalists are pretty much all smug tuned out people listening to each other and the polis rather than to the millions of normal Aussies who don't read fish wrappers or watch television's puppet show.

All we ask of anyone following us is to take the Eureka Oath and to apply the maximum pressure they can to both the political class and the servile journalists who do nothing to hold politicians accountable. If that upsets the happy thoughts inside the credulous useful idiots of either persuasion that's all to the good.

New South Wales warns us: NO FIXED TERMS!

The bribery graft and grift deal with Oakeshott and Windsor made by Gillard includes fixed terms for Federal parliament. Given the horrors of NSW Labor, this fixed term provision in particular must be destroyed.

Maintain the rage, keep the pressure on, it's had a massive effect so far and although Windsor is just a bitter incompetent keeping time until retirement, Oakeshott, as well as another surprisingly vulnerable member of parliament, can be made to do the right thing and swap support. It doesn't matter at all what the politicians think of being forced to do their job. They're endangering Australia on a daily basis and need to be brought to book.

An open letter to "Their" ABC. We demand right of reply

We understand perfectly that ABC and in particular The Drum is nothing more than a propaganda factory for the ALP, but nevertheless we demand our right of reply.

If the charter of the ABC is to be honoured, "balanced" coverage needs to be adhered to in the spirit and law not in the breach.

We ask for equal time in reply or the ABC truly stands convicted as "TheirABC" and nothing more than propaganda for the socialist movements of Australia.

The Choir Of Free Voices

EUREKA has turned this blog over to not just the founders of the movement but like-minded people of all walks of life.

They will be contributing their own independent and free-thinking voices to the choir of freedom.

Some will be well educated and polished; some will be raw and scathing.

Freedom of speech means allowing everyone to be heard.

What scares the socialists of Australia is that their fantasies, so carefully scripted, are falling apart in the face of the great awakening of the silent majority. Silent no more.

YOU have the power. Not the media, not the socialists, not the spin doctors, no one but you. Many electorates were decided by almost single votes. As we said at the beginning, if you personally accept responsibility to change the views of 1,000 people you have in many cases changed the politician elected in your seat.

And even if you are in what the media and the political classes call a safe seat, remember the Oakeshott lesson. Despite his betrayals, he was still on a winning majority until our email campaign. The insurrection against his tyranny came from those who elected him and their brothers and sisters beneath the Eureka Flag around Australia.

There was a general melee at the Eureka Stockade, although just 22 rebels are recorded as having taken refuge in the picket stockade itself. 22 Australians changed our history.

You could be one of the next 22 history makers. Take personal responsibility, swear the Eureka Oath. Protect your rights and freedoms, fight all forms of tyranny. Do it for your own sake and for the sake of those you love.

The bigotry of low expectations destroys too many of us. The coopted media try and destroy the rest. Talk directly to and with your fellow citizens, and decide things for yourself. When you have to, take action. Email, write, call, agitate. Take the effort to make Australia politically fit agan, because if our beautiful country falls this time, she's dead.

The battle for our rights and freedoms has begun.

Oakeshott as Speaker: HELL NO

Oakeshott's quest for power at any price confirms the factual reports from his electorate of a "rugby club junta" running an electorate in classical coopted corrupt fashion. Whether it's the local chief of staff of a newspaper, a newsreader, a NSW Labor government office holder or the less high profile shills trying to oppose the lightning of public offence with their bows and arrows, Oakeshott is no more a hippie laidback good guy politician than Julia Gillard.

His clumsy attempts at Machiavellian power politics have been laid bare. His appointment as Speaker, a role with 75% more pay and accompanying entitlements, would be the final bribe in an extremely raw and corrupt process to cobble together a collectivist socialist ruling elite out of what should be a fragmented and therefore democratic lower house in Australia.

Oakeshott must be emailed, phoned and written to every single day by as many folk as possible. We managed 4700+ mailouts yesterday, that number needs to increase by a long way.

Lamingtons:

These small cakes were popularised by Queenslanders in the early 1900s. They are named after Lord Lamington, the Governor of Queensland from 1896 to 1901.

Ingredients for Making Lamingtons

3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup caster sugar
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup self-raising flour
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 cup milk
chocolate icing
desicated coconut

How to Cook Lamingtons

Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add two eggs, one at a time, and beat well.

Add vanilla and half the sifted flour. Mix well. Add milk, the remaining flour and the third egg, and mix until smooth.

Place in a well-greased lamington tin or baking dish and bake for 30 minutes in a preheated moderate to slow oven. Cool and cut into squares about 5cm.

Spear each square on a carving fork, dip in chocolate icing, drain off excess, and toss in desiccated coconut.

GetUp is not "of the left" it is a front for unions and PR firm

The ABC and other media is prepared to say GetUp is a left wing organization but they don't tell the story truly.

GetUp is funded by unions, in possible breaks of the law, and is masterminded not by its public leader but by ALP spin doctors and a PR firm.

In other words this means GetUp is not a genuine "grass roots" organization, it is a classical type "astroturf" organization. This has the meaning that it's not coming from a real community outrage or movement but is a fake organization which is not legitimate. It is illegitimate because it is pretending to act from public ideas but reality is it's promoting a script from socialist headquarters.

GetUp has started dressing in orange. That is a unionist tactic used by many unions over the years. It is a like the brownshirts and other menacing socialist movements that use uniforms and bullying to make people think their more powerful than they really are.

The people of Australia have all the real power. We outnumber them, like our leader, Gary, says.

Or like our founder "Peter Lalor" says, one Anonymous scared the whole multimillion dollar church of scientology. A few curious Aussies can scare the hell out of GetUp and the socialist hive they serve.

As many “left wing” hatemails have claimed, socialism in Australia seems to think that it has a divine right to claim the Eureka Stockade, or in particular its amazing flag, as their own private property. It isn’t.
Peter Lalor and the rest were essentially libertarian running through to card-carrying (figure of speech) anarchists and traditional living Chinese, Aborigines and part Aborigines, and every other colour race and religion. Yes, “even” islamic people.

They threw off albeit temporarily the chains of collectivism and authoritarianism and thought outside the box. They were essentially what might be called ultimate small government types- and that makes them conservative. The wanted a fast pace of change, arguably, which is not conservative, but we at ATP believe that in fact it was not radicalism but a desire for the quintessential fair go that defined the rebellion and the broader movement. It is how we define ourselves.

Conservatism can come direct from love of rights and liberty, and a desire to see police states big and small not trample them. It is the socialist collectivists (whether “communist”, “nazi” or just “mainstream” political party) and union thugs who are the enemy of the Eureka spirit.

Wrapping your fist in a flag before bullying other people is anathema to the EUREKA spirit.

Faithless Electors

A faithless elector is a member of an electoral college who refuses to cast a vote for his or her pledged candidate. This term is used most commonly in American politics, although technically members of electoral colleges all over the world could be faithless electors, if they so desired. Faithless electors are often subject to political reprisal for their actions, in cases where they can be identified. In other areas, the ballots of the electors are secret, so it's possible to develop a list of suspects, but the identity of the faithless elector cannot be confirmed.

Unfaithful Elector Oakeshott has lust for power curbed... by PEOPLE POWER

No two ways about it, if Oakeshott had not been email bombed with over 5000 hostile responses to his treachery and intimations he was going to grab a ministry from Labor to seal his whoredom, he would today have announced himself as the new Minister for Regional Affairs.

The only fortunate thing about this wretched opportunist is his weakness. In the face of angry voters in his electorate and still more angry emails from around the country over the last 24 hours he has backed down, from a Federal ministry he dearly wanted... Not to make a difference but for the power and the money it would have given him.

This is only the beginning. This is a clear demonstration that people power, the spirit of Eureka, can defeat entrenched interests on any part of the political spectrum. They work for us, and they are scared of us. We outnumber them, and we're smarter than them.

The inevitable spiritual evolution from Radicalism to Conservatism, from youth to sensible experience

Peter Lalor (1827-1889) - From Radicalism to Conservatism

Peter Lalor was born in Queens County, Ireland in 1827. His father was a member of the House of Commons. Peter was one of ten brothers. One of his brothers, Patrick, was involved in the failed 1848 rebellion in Ireland, he was jailed because of his participation in the rebellion and died in 1849 of tuberculosis. Peter, a civil engineer, migrated to Victoria in 1852 and worked as an engineer on the Melbourne-Geelong Railroad. He moved to the goldfields in Ballarat in 1853. He did not come to the fore in the Eureka movement till the meeting that was held on Wednesday 29th November at Bakery Hill, when he moved a resolution to turn the Ballarat Reform League from an ad hoc to a permanent organisation.
At 10.00am on Tuesday 30th November, the police conducted a particularly viscous licence hunt at Ballarat in which eight miners were arrested. The miners gathered at Bakery Hill, Peter Lalor mounted a stump and took command. The Southern Cross was unfurled and about 1000 miners marched to the Eureka site. At a meeting of a dozen captains of the miners, Peter Lalor was elected as commander in chief.
At 4.45am on Sunday 3rd December mounted police and soldiers attacked the stockade. Lalor took command. Standing on an exposed mound, he ordered the miners not to fire until the police and troops were at close range. He then ordered the pikemen forward. Just at that moment, a musket ball and two bullets struck him in the left shoulder. Realising the battle was lost, he ordered the miners to flee. He was picked up from the ground and was hidden in a woodpile. Later that morning, Lalor was spirited away by supporters. That evening he had his left arm amputated at the shoulder joint without the use of anaesthetics.
The rest is history. He stood unopposed and was elected to represent Ballarat at the Legislative Council. The electors lost faith in his abilities when he voted that a property qualification be imposed on electors. He did not seek re-election in Ballarat but stood for the seat of Grant in 1857. He held the seat for 30 years until his retirement on the 4th October 1887. During this period, he served as a Cabinet minister as well as a Speaker of Parliament. He died at the age of 62 in 1889 at his son's house in Church St, Richmond, Melbourne.
When asked while in parliament whether he believed in democracy he stated "I would ask these gentlemen what they mean by the term 'democracy'? Do they mean chartism or communism or republicanism? If so, I never was, I'm not now, nor do I ever intend to be a democrat. But if a democrat means opposition to a tyrannical press, a tyrannical people or a tyrannical government, then I have ever been, I am still and will remain a democrat".

Australian Tea Party

It took a lot for Americans to wake up to socialism, international socialism. But they have awoken, and they're doing their best to destroy it root and bough. And well they should.

The Australian experience is a bit different. We're egalitarian like our American cousins; we've always had tickets on ourselves but less so than the septics (septic tank = yank :) ). But we've been proud.

Well it's hard to be proud today isn't it. An illegitimate PM, selected not elected - twice. A bunch of weaklings exploiting our political system to create a weak alliance and rob the will of the people of its effect.

The American Tea Party is about harking back to the Boston Tea Party. Our Australian Tea Party is about gathering round and talking- then acting. Our inspiration is the billy tea the Eureka heroes drank before they busted up the local oppressors of the police state that oppressed them.

And like the American Tea Party we'll be called racists, radicals and all the rest. Well Eureka was all colours and creeds. United beneath Australia's real flag, for freedom. FREEDOM. Freedom has to be fought for.

This blog will be posting lots of information- on politicians, their records, their statements- and all the other issues that the leftstream media remains silent about- radical islam (there is no other kind), gutless conservatives, socialism in Australia, religious manipulation and all the other things that have gone wrong for our country.
